Excellent Stay Near Tower Bridge

The location is fantastic, I found it a short walk from both the Tower of Bridge and Aldgate station. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the modern decor throughout the hotel. The 24-hour bar was convenient. I also enjoyed the available bar snacks.
I found the room to be on the smaller side. Extra space for luggage would improve the stay.

great locationgood vibelow temperatureno water
the location be great and tube station were close to the hotel, so it be easy to walk to the tower. the hotel were modern and it have a good vibe about it. i liked that i could easily get around from there and see thing.
it appear everythin be about saving money, and there be no spoon or water in the room. the temperature was also to low, even after i try to increase it, it reset itself to baseline. i dont like that at all

cramped roomineffective air conditioning
The room felt cramped. THERE wasn't enough space to open two suitcases at the same time. the air conditioning barely worked, despite adjustments. I also noticed some water leaking from the shower, and the staff didn't seem too concerned when I reported it. It was frustrating.

i appreciated the early check-in the staff provided. our room had a fabulous shower, it really was superb. the location is good, near stations and the river.
both bed lamps needed new bulbs and there was only one switch for all ceiling lights.
